Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders of stock items within 48 hours of cleared payment. You will be notified if this is not possible.
All items in our online shop are priced as post-free to UK addresses. We are able to post elsewhere but please contact us first to check the
applicable postal rate.
Returns
If you wish to return any items please inform us by email, preferably
within 24hrs of receipt at steve@woodlandwildlife.co.uk.
Items must be returned ( at your expense) within 14 days and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund or can exchange for an alternative product. Please be aware additional postage charges will apply if an exchange is requested.
Non-faulty returned items must be unused and in new condition and where applicable within their original packaging with all labels attached. The items must be undamaged, sealed items must be unopened. In the event of a refund, we will credit your account within 7 days of receipt and satisfactory inspection of the items.
We recommend that you return items via recorded delivery or other means whereby proof of postage is sought. We cannot be held liable for items not received by us.
If you need to return an item please include any original paperwork or order number and date of purchase. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the above procedure is not followed.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, you may return
it for a full refund or exchange including delivery costs and return
postage costs.
Payment
Payment is accepted in the online checkout via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase as there is an option to enter card details.

We only use the information you provide to process your order. We do not sell or share your information with any third party. Unless you ask us not to we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our projects, new products, services or changes to this privacy policy.

Terms and conditions for guided visits
Pricing is intended as a guide, bespoke durations, requirements can be accommodated. For more information please contact steve@woodlandwildlife.co.uk for more details. Steve will then reply with a detailed quotation via email. In this email will be an attachment which will have a risk assessment for you to read and take note of. It will be assumed that turning up for a guided visit you have read and understood the possible risks that may occur within a Woodland setting which do vary throughout the year.
Advice will also involve wearing suitable clothing and footwear. All visits will be guided by Steve as this is a private woodland with no public access. Respect to other woodland owners, their boundaries and property will be expected. Steve will explain the boundary for the Woodland Wildlife plot. Unless negligent Woodland Wildlife will not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents or animal/insect bites and stings, these are covered in the risk assessment. The plot is covered by third party liability insurance and Steve has an up to date DBS disclosure certificate.
